This notice describes the website’s baseline configuration. It will be updated when our tools or practices change.

Information you provide

Our inquiry forms ask for a name, email address, topic, and message. Depending on the form, you may also provide an organization, general location, or availability details. We use this information to review and respond to your request and coordinate agreed activities.

Where inquiries go

Submissions are stored in our WordPress database for authorized site administrators to review. Email notifications, when enabled, tell staff that an inquiry arrived without including the full message. Our hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to operate these services.

Technical information and cookies

The website uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated form submissions; it expires after one hour. Hosting systems may separately record request logs, including IP addresses. Administrator login uses essential WordPress cookies. The supplied public site does not install advertising trackers, analytics, or social-media embeds.

Retention

The website schedules deletion of inquiry records after 90 days. WordPress scheduled tasks depend on site traffic unless the host configures a reliable scheduler. An active matter, a separate operational record, legal obligations, provider logs, or backup retention may require a different period. Access is limited to people who need the information.

Social links

Following an external social link takes you to another service with its own privacy practices. We do not ask for your social account password.

Young visitors

The site is intended for general information and inquiries. Children under 13 should not submit information. For volunteers under 18, appropriate supervision and permissions must be arranged before participation.

Photos and stories

We seek appropriate permission before sharing identifiable participant images or stories. Please do not submit information about another person without authority to do so.

Your questions and choices

Use our contact form and select Privacy to ask about access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify a request. Do not send identity documents through the form.
