Where do you work?
The Petal Pals is incorporated in Kentucky. The founders were born in Lexington. Service availability is confirmed individually; we are not promising statewide pickup or delivery.
Can you collect flowers from my wedding?
Possibly. Send the date, general location, approximate quantity, and handoff window through our flower inquiry form. Pickup is only booked after confirmation.
Do I need flower-arranging experience?
No experience is needed to inquire. Available roles and any training depend on the activity.
Can I nominate a senior community?
Yes. Use our partnership form. Do not send residents’ names, room numbers, health information, or private contact details.
Can I visit residents or deliver flowers myself?
Visits and deliveries must be agreed with our team and the receiving community. Please do not arrive unannounced or represent yourself as our volunteer without approval.
Can young people under 18 help?
We review age-appropriate opportunities individually with the necessary permissions and supervision. Expressing interest does not confirm placement.
Are donations tax-deductible?
We do not currently make that promise. Kentucky incorporation and federal tax exemption are different. Ask for current written information before making a contribution.
Can you send flowers to an individual address?
Our proposed program focuses on participating senior communities. We do not offer on-demand flower delivery or promise individual requests.
