What to offer
Fresh cut flowers and greenery in good condition may be suitable. Tell us about any treatments, damage, unusual fragrance, or handling concerns. We assess each offer with our receiving partner.
What we cannot promise to use
We may decline material that is wilted, contaminated, pest-affected, heavily scented, treated in ways we cannot assess, or unsuitable for the receiving community. We do not promise that every stem will be delivered.
Containers and supplies
Clean, stable containers can be offered by arrangement. Ask before including fragile, sharp, oversized, or rented items. We do not take responsibility for returning items unless agreed in writing.
Timing and handoff
Keep flowers cool where practical, away from direct heat, with appropriate water. Share access instructions privately after a plan is confirmed. Do not publish private addresses in social comments.
Partner requirements come first
Senior communities may restrict flower types, fragrances, containers, visits, or deliveries. Staff guidance and residents’ choices determine what we bring and how it is handed over.
Donation records
Ask about a written acknowledgment when arranging your offer. We do not assign a value to donated goods or promise a tax deduction.
