2. Wait for confirmation
We review timing, volunteer availability, transport, flower condition, and the receiving community’s requirements. Please keep your existing cleanup arrangements until we confirm a plan. We cannot promise to accept every offer.
3. Prepare and arrange
Volunteers check stems, remove unsuitable material, use clean tools and containers, and arrange small bouquets. We follow the receiving partner’s guidance on flower types and handling.
4. Add a personal note
Notes are friendly and respectful. We avoid assumptions about a recipient’s health, family, beliefs, or circumstances.
5. Coordinate the handoff
Delivery times and any visits are agreed with staff in advance. Residents choose whether to receive flowers or participate in conversation. Photographs require appropriate permission.
